If you know how to unpossess and you know how to do not-possessive switching you can do it the other way arround! You first do non-possessive switching, then unpossess your tulpa!

Oh, and this is less relevant to in this server, but for people who share this server with us, they can tell who is switched in PMs by looking at the "AKA {name}" in the top left, which is pretty helpful

I think you should try to talk to her through her voice too so that can develop But if she's not responding you can use the pendulum. I'd say maybe like Ask in your head, to see if she'll respond If she doesn't, use the pendulum

The biggest lessons from using pendulums are: -you know you can hear an answer coming not from you -you can feel presence of tulpa -you can get a feel of what communication feels like When you use pendulum, don’t focus on communicating but what you feel when you receive the answer. Remember that feeling and try to recreate it when you ask tulpa a question without pendulum. Communicating with tulpa is not about hearing their voice in your head but building this instinctual understanding of what your tulpa’s intentions or answers are. They don’t even need to be with words at first, it can be just a feeling Once you get to that level of communication reliably you and your tulpa can start thinking about developing a voice!

I’m working on personality and some imposition stuff rn, but now I’m curious

For those who did active personality work, how did you do it personally?

I personally listed out some personality traits. This included googling 'personality traits' and picking ones that fit. Then, i meditated on them for a few minutes each, imagining my tulpa with each personality trait during that. It seems to have mostly worked but he ended up more energetic than i anticipated
